Beta testing of Turbo pages in Yandex.Direct now complete

We are proud to announce the arrival of the new and improved Turbo page in Yandex.Direct. Among the features we added to the new Turbo pages are the option to set goals for your statistics and a new template in Turbo Page Builder for selling products, along with other improvements.

If you haven't tried out Turbo pages for your ads in Yandex.Direct yet, now is еру time to start: shorter loading times for smartphones mean lower bounce rates and improved conversion rates.


You can see how each new element looks on the promo page. Here's a more detailed description of the new functionalities. 

More flexible settings

You can now create Turbo pages for Image and video ads and add them to your display campaigns in Yandex.Direct.

The new product template allows you to add and edit price for products in RUB and EUR. If you are using sales and promotions to attract customers, you can indicate the old price next to the new one — Yandex.Direct automatically calculates and shows the discount percentage on your landing page.

You can add a menu to your Turbo page in sidebar format. The menu will appear on the side of your Turbo page, and you can add additional sections with links to your site or other Turbo pages.

Statistics

We wrote in a recent news article about custom tags, allowing you to choose your own goals in a new or existing tag for your site. You can link the tag to the relevant sections of your site right in the Turbo page builder in the Yandex.Direct interface. 

Even if you don't have a site

Now you can add Turbo pages to Text & Image ads even if you don't have your own site. All you need to do is fill out the "Address and telephone" field. Smartphone users can place orders right from the Turbo page, and desktop users can also get in contact with you via the channels you added to your vCard. 

A link to your main site is currently still required in order to create Turbo pages for video ads, Image ads, and display ads. 

By the way, Turbo pages are now indexed by search engines and can bring you additional target traffic not just from your ads, but from organic search results when your landing page responds to a user's query.
