Media Services
Media Services is a package for placing display (banner) ads combining four platforms: KinoPoisk, Yandex.TV Program, Yandex.Afisha, and Yandex.Music. Banners appearing on these sites cover a large audience with a broad range of interests.

General rules for creating advertising materials for the Media Services product.

- Dynamic placement. The frequency of impressions can be set as agreed with the advertiser. The maximum frequency setting period is 14 calendar days.
- Advertising materials shall be displayed at Yandex.Afisha, Yandex.Music, Yandex. TV Program and KinoPoisk at random. Yandex provides no guarantee that advertising materials will be displayed at each service and does not guarantee a certain number of displays at each specified media platform.
- Geotargeting — Russian Federation. It is possible to set geotargeting on Russian Regions using the multiplier of 1,1, geotargeting on Moscow using the multiplier 1,2.
- It is possible to switch off media platforms indicated in Table 1 using the multiplier 1,2 for each switched off platform.
- Available settings using the multiplier 1.25:
a) Sociodemographic targeting
b) Targeting by categories of users
c) Audience interests
d) Behavior retargeting
e) Search retargeting
f) Light TV viewers
g) Heavy TV viewers
h) Service Segments “Audiences” - Maximum two targeting options may be applied at the same time, one of them being a geographic one. Yandex does not guarantee the applicability of options, which is determined with a view to sufficient target audience of users for the service to be rendered in full.
- When calculating the cost, seasonal rate applies.

- The category “Cinema and Entertainment” includes advertising of movies (premieres and other movies in cinemas, on TV, DVDs and/or CDs, on-line, cinemas and TV channels), TV channels and certain programs on these channels, music events and public entertainments, theater productions, etc.
- Advertising materials shall be displayed at Yandex.Afisha, Yandex.Music, Yandex. TV Program and KinoPoisk at random. Yandex provides no guarantee that advertising materials will be displayed at each service and does not guarantee a certain number of displays at each specified media platform.
