What goals did you have in mind when launching your ad campaign with Yandex Direct?

We aimed to increase brand awareness in the Russian market while maximizing reservation requests. While Türkiye has been and remains a popular destination for vacationers from Russia, we wanted to introduce holiday lovers to the unique beauty of Didim and the fabulous experience the hotel offers.

What was your target audience?

We mainly focused on holidaymakers in Russia, but also considered the Russian-speaking community in CIS countries. We focus on travelers who appreciate elegance, sophistication and premium experiences. Such guests value attention to detail, love thoughtful designs and look for vacations that leave a lasting impression.

What was your strategy?

The campaign we run with Yandex Direct included several key elements:

  • Accurate targeting: We focused on audiences from major cities in Russia with high demand for holidays in Didim.
  • Separate campaigns for new and existing users: Users interested in holidays in Didim but not yet familiar with Barut Hotels were targeted.
  • SEO: Ads included ‘Didim hotels,’ ‘Barut Hotels Turkey’ and ‘all-inclusive luxury hotels’ search keywords.
  • Eye-catching ad visuals and appealing copy: We featured the hotel’s breathtaking Mediterranean views and expansive beach facilities, enhancing them with compelling phrases like “All-Inclusive Luxury Experience” and “Early Booking Discounts”.
  • Focus on conversion: Our ads directed users right to the “Book Now” button.
