The project’s audience is composed of users between 25-34 years old who are interested in buying, selling, or renting real estate and concomitant services (mortgages, legal aid). More than 90% of the project’s visitors have average or above-average income. 45% of the audience consists of managers and professionals.

  1. Dynamic placement. The recommended frequency shall be set to the default of RF = 3 per week. The maximum frequency setting period is 14 calendar days. Frequency can be set as agreed with the advertiser.
  2. It is possible to set geotargeting without any multiplier.
  3. Banners shall be displayed and the cost per impression shall be determined as follows:
    a. The auction takes place online, while a user loads a web page. The auction will result in display of a banner of the advertiser, which offered the highest bid for 1,000 impressions (CPM) in view of the entry threshold (minimum CPM specified in Table 1), in view of the options stipulated in cl. 1, 2.
    b. The cost per impression for the banner for strategies "Minimum CPM", "Budget" and "Average CPM" shall be determined based on the principle of a second price auction: if the advertiser offers the highest bid, the banner will be displayed at a price sufficient to win the bid (second highest bid + bidding step), but no less than the entry threshold (minimum CPM specified in Table 1).
    The cost per impression for the media banner for the strategy "Fixed CPM" shall be set by the advertiser via the interface by means of indicating the current CPM of placement, but no less than the entry threshold (minimum CPM specified in Table 1).
    c. Bidding step = RUB 1 (one) per thousand impressions (excl. VAT).

  2. Geotargeting – the whole world.
  3. Targeting by property location is available for:
    – Moscow and / or the Moscow Region without any multiplier;
    – St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region using the multiplier 0,6.
  4. If more than one setting of targeting by property location is used, the highest multiplier shall be applied. It is possible to purchase separate products with different targeting by property location using the relevant multiplier for each product.
  5. If a С1, C2, C3 or R1 banner is placed,
    – New Buildings using the multiplier of 1,4
    – Resale Property using the multiplier of 1
    – Commercial Property using the multiplier of 1,4 property cost using the multiplier of 1,3
  6. If a TGB banner is placed,
    – Resale Property using the multiplier of 1
    – Commercial Property using the multiplier of 1,5
  7. If a card_button banner is placed,
    – Commercial Property using the multiplier of 1,5.
  8. If a TGB banner is placed, multipliers shall apply depending on the serial number of placement of a specific TGB banner (it is possible to place up to 7 banners in the specified format in locations: 3 in commercial property and 7 in resale property): the multiplier of 1.6 for the first position, the multiplier of 1.5 for the second position, the multiplier of 1.4 for the third position, 1.3 for the fourth position, 1.2 for the fifth position and 1.1 for the sixth position. A TGB is placed at the seventh position with no multiplier applied.
