Users often use an additional title: it lets them expand their message in desktop search results to a total of 56 characters with punctuation marks. With the new limit, you don't have to split up important messages as often.
Should I use an additional title if I use up the main title limit?
Yes, you should. Even if you use all 56 characters in the main title, you can show an additional title in your smartphone ad. Titles can be longer on mobile devices than on desktops: up to 65 characters. This lets you briefly mention one more benefit in the second title.
We'll implement the new limit in the Yandex.Direct interface, Direct Commander, and API next week. It's already available in the Campaign Wizard though. Use the new limit to prepare ad materials for your coming campaigns.
