We have made a number of changes to the Market feedback filter and the way we calculate store ratings. Filters can now sift out a much greater number of reviews and we’ve added a rating quality coefficient to each rating. These changes help stores see the maximum number of comments and ensure they are rated more accurately.
The quality coefficient determines the reliability of each review. It is calculated automatically using our information about each user. The coefficient is taken into account when ranking reviews and calculating the overall store rating.
The new filter settings remove the need inform Yandex.Market about mass mailings or send sample emails. The mailing rules remain unchanged, and stores should promote themselves to users regardless of their rating.
