Lesson 6: Statistics in Adfox
On the Dashboard tab, you can add statistics widgets based on preset and custom reports.
The widgets provide data for short periods: a day, the last three days, and a week. You can easily change how the data is displayed and which metrics are shown on the diagram without refreshing the page.

You can change the view when you add a widget.
Adfox helps you see if your campaign is on track and if you’ve reached your goals, even if you’ve set restrictions on impressions, clicks, or time.
To obtain the data, go to Campaigns → Commercial and look at the Fact / Plan column.
If your campaign has a general restriction on impressions or clicks, you can view the following metrics:
If there are no restrictions, the campaign’s progress is displayed as a diagram with data on impressions or clicks for the last 7 days:
Adfox provides the tools to monitor statistics that help you control the performance of your ad campaigns. The information appears in two formats:
- Tags give you a quick look at impressions and clicks, and the data is available in the interface almost instantly.
- Reports give you verified data that you can see in real time and download right away. There are two report categories:
1. Available: Ready-to-use templates with preset parameters.
2. My reports: Custom reports you have created. All users can create new reports or customize existing reports to meet their specific needs.
Using statistics on campaigns and banners, you can evaluate campaign progress in real time and make adjustments.
To build a report:
- Select a report from the list. You’ll see a set of default dimensions and metrics.
- Change filters, dimensions, and metrics if needed.
- Specify the period and click “Create report”.
You can save reports in XLSX or CSV format.
Read more about the types of reports in Adfox Help.
To see if your campaign is running smoothly, we recommend using the basic Days report with the following metrics:
- Total ad requests: All ad requests sent to the Adfox servers. This metric also includes repeat requests to demand platforms and requests for default banners.
- Banner ad responses: Responses from Adfox that contain the banner’s ad tag received after a successful campaign selection.
- Impressions: Ad campaign impressions.
- Clicks: Clicks on ad banners that lead to the advertiser’s site.
- CTR: The ratio of the number of clicks to the number of impressions. The more clicks you get on your banners, the higher your CTR will be.
In addition to key metrics, this report also includes IMS indicators: the data that was filtered for sophisticated invalid traffic (SIVT).
You can access the Yandex Mediation statistics from the Yandex Advertising Network interface.
Reports are generated only from the Yandex Advertising Network data. Therefore, the statistics for external ad networks is tentative, and the actual revenue may differ from the revenue estimated in Yandex Advertising Network reports.
- The revenue for ad networks connected through Smart Waterfall is estimated based on the CPM floors you specified.
- For ad networks connected through In-App Bidding, the statistics differ due to the technicalities of the counting process.
Indicators based on such data are marked as estimated values in reports.
Statistics can be enabled for certain ad networks. In this case, accurate data on the impressions and revenue for your account in the external ad network will appear in the Yandex Advertising Network reports.
How to enable statistics
- In the menu on the left, click the Ads in apps → Advertising networks tab.
- Click Connect next to the ad network you want to enable.
Fill in the fields in the pop-up window and click Save.
For a complete list of available networks and instructions on how to connect them, see Help.
