Online booking and appointments in the company profile
For certain business categories, you can add one of the following action buttons to the company profile: Make appointment online or Order delivery . There are two ways to do that:
- Connect your company to Yandex's online appointment service via the API.
- Sing an agreement with a Yandex partner service. They'll inform users that they can make bookings and appointments.
How to add an action button to your company profile
Enable online appointments via a Yandex partner service or the Yandex API.
Connect to a partner.
Enable online appointments in the partner's account.
Go through moderation in the partner service.
This method is suitable for booking services and large chains that include over 300 businesses.
Become a Yandex partner and add the action button manually:
- Read the offer.
- Submit an activation request. A representative will contact you.
- Follow the instructions to connect the API.
The action button will appear in your company profile within 10 days.
The Yandex online appointments widget looks the same regardless of the partner you're connected to. You can't customize the appearance of the action button.
