Confirm your ownership rights to a company
Only users with the Owner, Representative, or Representative (Webmaster) role can manage company profiles in Yandex Business. For more information, see User roles.
To confirm your rights to a company, get a code and enter it in the form.

Get a code for your business
Find your business in Yandex Business or Yandex Maps.
Go to the Businesses page.
Enter the company's name in the Search field at the top of the page and click
. To refine the search, specify the region.

Information verified by organization owner. In this case, confirm your rights in your Yandex Business account.
- The window Confirm your ownership rights to the company opens: select the phone number you want to use to confirm your rights. It can be a mobile or landline number. If there's no phone number, find the company in Yandex Maps, click Edit information, and enter the phone number in the window that opens.
If you selected:
- Landline number — click Confirm with a call. If the phone number has a voice menu, select There's a voice menu.
- Mobile number — choose whether you want to receive the code by call or SMS.
You will be redirected to the window that says We'll call soon for confirmation.
Wait for an SMS or call with a code, then enter it in the Confirmation code field. If you don't want to wait, close the window and enter the code later (see If you already have the code).
Get a code for your chain
Go to the Businesses page.
Enter the company's name in the Search field at the top of the page and click
. To refine the search, specify the region.

Specify the country and region to link the branches there.
Click This is my chain.
In the You need to confirm ownership window, select how you want to receive the code: by SMS or Phone.
Select the phone number you want to use to confirm your rights.
- Click Get code and close the window.
You'll receive a call from an automated operator who will dictate the code or get the code in SMS.
If you already have the code
- Go to the Requests page and open the Confirmation tab.
- Click Enter code.
- Enter the code you received.
FAQ
- In the company profile in Yandex Maps, click.
- Add or correct the phone number.
- At the bottom of the page, click Send.

If you're not able to confirm your rights that way, contact support .
- Chains can confirm their rights using a non-personal account on the corporate domain. To do that, contact support.
You can only confirm your rights to a business using a phone number you have access to. If the number is incorrect, correct it.
You request will be reviewed within three days.
As soon as the number appears in your profile, you can request the code to confirm your rights.
To confirm your rights, you can link either a landline or a mobile phone number.
Make sure the phone number you linked to the profile is correct. To learn how to edit the number, see There's no phone number linked to the profile or it has changed.
If the number is correct, request the code again. If the code still doesn't arrive, contact support.

If the number is correct, the automated operator may have failed to reach it. In this case, the request is forwarded to the call center. A call center operator will call you within three days to give you the code.
If you don't get a call from an operator, request the call again or contact support.
After confirming your rights to the company, you will be given the Owner role. If the company already has an owner, you will be assigned the Representative role.
The company already has a user with the Owner role. To fix that, ask the user with the Owner role to reassign it to you or contact support.
