If you didn't find the information you need in the Help sections, contact us. The best thing about that is that you can send us screenshots, links, and videos. That will help us solve your problem faster. Specify what the issue is about:
We can only help you with questions related to business placement on Yandex Maps.
Requests to add a business can take 3-4 days to process. You can check the status in the Waiting for approval tab.
If more time than that has passed, contact us.
The business might already be in the Yandex Business database. Try searching Yandex Business for it by name, phone number, or website.
Have you found your company in the database?
Go through the verification procedure: get the code and confirm your rights to the company.
According to our rules, only businesses with an actual address that customers can visit are published on Yandex Maps.
For additional verification, please send us a video that shows:
- The facade of your building with the address.
- The sign with your company name.
- The interior of your office.
The video must be shot without interruptions and submitted as a single file. If you can't submit a video, send us the rental agreement for the address listed in the company card.
If your company is a medical institution or a scrap metal collection point, it can only operate with a license per current legislation. In this case, please send us a scan of your license.
Requests to change company information can take 3-4 days to process. If more time than that has passed, contact us.
The changes you made might not comply with the rules.
Did you find a mistake?
Make changes that comply with the rules and resubmit the request.
Perhaps too little time has passed. Changes appear on the map in 2-3 days. Please wait a little longer.
Have the changes appeared on the map?
An automated operator will be trying to reach you at the number in the request within 24 hours. The request will then be passed on the call center. A call center operator will call you back within three days and tell you the code.
You can request the code again in the Yandex Business account after 24 hours and wait for the call from an automated operator.
Did you get the code?
Go to the Requests page and open the Requests for confirmation tab. Click Enter code and enter the verification code.
You can only confirm your rights to a business using a phone number you have access to. If the number is incorrect, correct it.
- In the company profile in Yandex Maps, click.
- Add or correct the phone number.
- At the bottom of the page, click Send.
Your request will be reviewed within three days.
As soon as the number appears in your profile, you can request the code to confirm your rights.
If the automated operator gave you an invalid code, contact us.
Photos that you delete in your account are removed from Yandex Maps within 24 hours. Please wait.
- On the company page, go to the Photos tab.
- Click and hold a photo and drag it to where you want it.
The “Verified” icon is given to businesses that meet the following requirements:
- The business owner has confirmed their rights to the company.
- All the required sections in their Yandex Business profile are filled in with at least three photos added.
- The owner updates company information at least once a quarter.
You may not meet all the requirements for getting the icon.
Are all the requirements met?
Check your card's completion percentage in the account, update your company information, and add photos. The information in the Yandex Business database will be updated within 1–2 days, and you'll get the icon.
Contact the customer service department using the feedback form. Be sure to provide the link to your business in Yandex Business.
The business owner can entrust another person — a representative — to manage data in Yandex Business. To do so, go to Accesses, click Add, and enter the representative's username.
Company information will show up in your account if you confirm your rights to the company:
- Log in to Yandex Business using the username the business is linked to.
- Get the verification code and enter it to confirm your rights. Learn more.
You may not have confirmed your rights to the company.
- On the Businesses page, go to the Waiting for approval tab. Click Confirm next to the name of the company.

Contact the customer service department using the feedback form. Be sure to provide the link to your business in Yandex Business.
The business's placemark may be drawn outside the building.
- On the company page, go to the Info tab.
- In the Address block, specify a location for the placemark: zoom in on the map and make sure the placemark is located within the building.
Is the placemark within the building?
Move the placemark and click Editing current address. Once you make the changes, the information on Yandex Maps will be updated within three days.
If you just moved the placemark, please wait. Once you make the changes, the information on Yandex Maps will be updated within three days.
If more than three days have passed since you moved the placemark or it was positioned correctly from the start, contact the customer service department using the feedback form. Be sure to provide the link to your business in Yandex Business.

After passing moderation and the release of Yandex Maps updates, your edits may appear as a placemark on the map.

The business in Yandex Map Editor may not be linked to the business in Yandex Business. To learn how to link companies, see 3.6.2. Rules for adding attributes to locations (organizations) of the Help for Yandex Map Editor.
If you can't link businesses, make sure the placemark is drawn within the polygon of the building approximately in the center of the area occupied by your business. For more information, see section 3.6.1.3 of the Rules for drawing places (organizations) in Help for Yandex Map Editor.
The data about linking businesses is updated within 1-2 weeks.
If more than two weeks have passed and the placemark is still not displayed on Yandex Maps, contact the customer service department using the feedback form. Be sure to provide the link to your business in Yandex Business.

If you didn't find the information you need about chain placement in Yandex Business in the Chain management, Updating data via XML files, or Updating data via CSV files sections, you can find it below, or you can contact support.
To combine businesses into a chain, submit a request using the form below.
Once the information about the chain is added to the Yandex Business database, you'll receive a notification to the email address you provided. It usually takes about two days to add a new chain and link the branches.
For additional verification, please provide the rental agreements for each branch. That will help us make sure the company really exists so our users can visit it.
You can add a branch to a chain on the Businesses page.
To add your business from Yandex Business to a chain, click
next to the name of the chain and choose Add branch to chain. Select a company from the list and click Add to this chain.
To create and add a new branch to a chain, click
next to the name of the chain and select Create branch. In the Add branch to chain pop-up window, enter the branch's address, phone number, business hours, and other information, and then click Add.
The new branch is included in the chain after data is verified within 5 days. No additional verification is required.
On the chain page, go to Branches. Under Branch management, choose Manually.
Select a company and click Exclude from chain. The business remains on Yandex Maps and linked to your account but will no longer be part of the chain.
The company's placemark can't be completely removed from Yandex Maps since we decided to keep information about closed companies. That gives users access to both up-to-date and archived information about companies.
If a branch has moved, go to its page in Yandex Business and change the address. That will initiate the relocation procedure.
You can set a regional filter for a chain in Yandex Business. That will create a separate chain that only includes branches located in a specific region. Different links are automatically created for the chains, and they're shown in the account as independent chains. The information isn't duplicated on Yandex Maps.
Please make sure the region is set for the chains in your account (this may be a city or region listed under the chain name). If that is the case, you can click Hide from my account.
If you couldn't resolve the issue yourself, please send us the username of the account you use to manage your businesses' information in Yandex Business.
Cards that make up a chain are standardized with chain information (name, phone number, business category, website) that is the same for all of them. If you want to edit chain information, contact us using the form in the “Edit chain information” section.

We try to be objective, so we don't remove reviews that reflect a user's subjective opinion while remaining consistent with the requirements. You can respond to the review in your account and find out why the user was dissatisfied. Learn more.

If the review is not published within a few days, it didn't pass moderation for one or more of the following reasons:
It doesn't comply with the rules.
It was rejected for violating the service's terms and conditions.

Reviews may disappear for the following reasons:
The user deleted their review from the profile.
The review was removed from publication after an additional check for compliance with our rules or any other rules established by Yandex.

If the rating disappeared, but your company doesn't belong to the categories from the list, write to us.
The business rating is an aggregate score of the company's performance quality and popularity according to Yandex users. It isn't equal to the arithmetic mean value of all scores. The calculation formula is more complex and takes into account many factors. Learn more.
If the rating is significantly lower than the user scores, write to us.
If the company has no rating, it means that there aren't enough reliable scores. Their number may vary depending on the source or author of the score.
