Event log
In the event log, you can view the history of admins' actions with the archive.
To open the event log:
- Open Yandex 360 for Business.
- Go to Email archive in the menu on the left.
- Click next to the header.
- Select View history.
For each action, the list shows the type of event, the search parameters to which it was applied, its date, time, and author.
The event type is shown in the Event column:
- Search: The admin searched the archive at the specified date and time.
- Email forwarded to...: The admin forwarded the search results to the address specified in the column.
