How do I get more space on Yandex Disk?
With the Standard and Advanced plans, you can add between 1 and 50 TB of Yandex Disk space per employee. See how much it costs
Keep in mind
- Additional space can only be assigned to employees with domain accounts.
- You can only activate one additional space package per employee: 1, 3, 5, 10, 25, or 50 TB.
- You can't share the same package between multiple employees.
Enable

Log in to the organization's account.

Go to Users → Employees.

Open an employee's card and click .

Select the additional space package size and click Activate.
If there are not enough funds
The extra space will not be added if your balance is too low. In that case, top up the balance and try again. How to top up your balance
Manage additional space
To increase or reduce the amount of additional space:

Log in to the organization's account.

Go to Users → Employees.

Open an employee's card and click .

In the Manage additional space window, select the amount of additional space and click Confirm.
If you reduce Yandex Disk space
If an employee's files take up more space than is available on their Yandex Disk after the change, these files will be available in restricted mode. What are the restrictions?
