Enable email protocols

If you want your employees to work with Yandex Mail in an email client, enable email protocol support. To learn more about configuring email clients, see Yandex Mail Help.

To configure a protocol for working with email clients:

  1. Log in to the admin account for the company.
  2. Go to Mail settings.

  3. Go to Use protocols and enable the email protocols that you want your employees to use to receive email.

    Note. A mail client can access the user's mailbox only if the correct protocol (POP3 or IMAP) is enabled in the mailbox settings.

  4. Click Save.
