The current version of the Terms is always available on the Internet page at: https://yandex.com/legal/360_termsofuse.
1.4. If Yandex has made any amendments to these Terms in the manner stipulated in clause 1.3 hereof, with which the User disagrees, the User is obliged to stop using the Services.
1.5. Terms and Definitions:

Services — the services listed on the page https://360.yandex.com (hereinafter referred to as "Yandex 360") and/or on the page https://360.yandex.com/business (hereinafter referred to as "Yandex 360 for Business"). 1.5.3. Corporate Client — a person using Yandex 360 for Business on the basis of a corresponding agreement. A Corporate Client may also be referred to as an Organization.

1.6. Except for personalization capabilities provided within the Services, Yandex independently determines their appearance and functionality, including versions intended for the Corporate Client administrator, and independently decides on the possibility and format of placing advertising materials on the Service pages. Yandex reserves the right at any time to independently change the appearance and functionality of the Services, as well as to add or disable individual functional capabilities of the Services.
1.7. Certain functional capabilities of the Services may be unavailable for certain types and/or groups of accounts and/or in certain countries/regions. Certain functional capabilities of the Services may be available only in certain languages. Yandex is constantly working to improve the Services, striving to provide the same level of quality in all regions. However, due to differences in legislation, technical limitations, and Service development processes, not all functional capabilities of the Service may be available simultaneously in all countries.
1.8. Yandex reserves the right to establish any rules, limits, and restrictions (technical, legal, organizational, or otherwise) on the use of the Services or their individual functions and may change them at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the User / Corporate Client. Where not prohibited by law, such rules, limits, and restrictions may vary for different categories of Users / Corporate Clients.
Some Services or Service functions during the beta-testing period may be available in a limited mode and may undergo changes in terms of content, functionality, and appearance.
1.9. For the purpose of protecting the User's / Corporate Client's equipment and its own equipment, Yandex reserves the right to restrict the use of the Services or individual Service functions upon detection of signs of suspicious activity by the User / Corporate Client in the Services, as well as when Yandex's automatic filtering and antivirus protection tools detect the presence of malicious programs or codes in messages, files, or Content of the User / Corporate Client. For these purposes, Yandex reserves the right to analyze and investigate such malicious programs and codes to improve the quality of Yandex's automatic filtering and antivirus protection tools.
Yandex also reserves the right, independently or with the participation of partners, to research and analyze files stored on Yandex servers for the purpose of detecting signs of malicious programs and codes and improving the operation of Yandex's antivirus protection system.
Yandex also reserves the right to use User data (e.g., obtained when contacting support) for the purpose of improving and refining the Services, as well as ensuring their security in accordance with legal requirements.
1.10. Certain Services or their functional capabilities may be available to Users only on a fee basis. Certain Services or their functional capabilities may be available only to Corporate Clients.
1.11. By using the Services, the User understands that Yandex may send informational messages via telephone calls, SMS messages, or messages to the messenger linked to the User's phone number, or via push notifications to a mobile application of one of the Services installed on the User's mobile device.
1.12. To start using the Services, the User must complete the registration procedure for a Yandex ID account in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Yandex ID Service (https://yandex.com/legal/id_termsofuse), as a result of which a unique account will be created for the User, the login of which is used in the Service as the address name for an electronic mailbox in the format login@yandex.xx. Deletion of a Yandex ID account entails the deletion of all Content, including the contents of Yandex Mail and Yandex Disk.
1.13. To start using the Services, a Corporate Client must create a Corporate Client account (Organization) and employee accounts. The creation of an Organization is carried out by an individual using their personal Yandex ID account (hereinafter referred to as the "Organization Owner"). The Organization Owner manages the Organization (including creating, editing, or deleting employee accounts) and appoints administrators to manage the Organization within the powers defined by their role.
Employee accounts belong to the Corporate Client and may be modified or deleted by it, except for personal employee accounts created independently by individuals in Yandex ID, which were invited to the Organization via a special link.
Employee accounts of the Organization may be permitted to use other Yandex services in accordance with the terms of use of the respective Yandex services.
The Corporate Client bears responsibility for the actions of persons using employee accounts of the Organization within the Services; in the case of using other Yandex services, the person using the employee account acquires the rights and obligations in this regard, and likewise bears responsibility for their actions performed in other Yandex services.
The use of employee accounts of the Organization is carried out in accordance with the Terms of Use of the Yandex ID Service (https://yandex.com/legal/id_termsofuse), taking into account the specifics of such accounts defined by these Terms, as well as in accordance with the rules established by the Corporate Client, to the extent that they do not contradict the Terms of Use of the Yandex ID Service.
The Corporate Client may have access to Content posted using employee accounts of the Organization, including the contents of Mail and Disk. The Corporate Client undertakes to familiarize persons using employee accounts of the Organization with these Terms, and Yandex proceeds from the presumption that all such persons are familiar with these Terms. Yandex bears no liability for the legality of actions related to the Corporate Client's access to said data, including the existence of consents or other legal grounds for such access.
1.14. Corporate Clients are provided with the opportunity to use their own domain to create domain accounts for their employees to use the Services. The address of such an account will be used as the address name for an electronic mailbox in the Mail service (hereinafter referred to as "Mail on a Domain").
The Corporate Client guarantees that it legally owns the domain and has the necessary legal grounds to use trademarks, trade names, and other intellectual property objects in the domain and the interface of Mail and other Services.
The Corporate Client administrator is solely responsible for creating and providing third parties with access to a domain account, and bears responsibility for any actions of such third parties and for actions performed using such domain accounts. 1.16. Yandex does not provide confirmations, certificates, or evidence indicating the sending or receipt of emails, calls, messages, the performance of any actions in the Services, or recording the status of an account at a specific point in time, unless otherwise stipulated by the agreement of the Parties or applicable legislation.
1.17. The User undertakes to use the Services exclusively for legal, permitted, and acceptable purposes. When using the Services, in addition to the restrictions established in the User Agreement for Yandex Services, the User is prohibited from distributing Content and placing or sending messages:
