Terms of Use for the Yandex Wiki Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establishes the terms of use for the Yandex Wiki service (Wiki).

If Wiki is used within the framework of Yandex 360 services, the General Terms of Use for Yandex 360 Services, posted at: https://yandex.com/legal/360_termsofuse (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms"), shall apply in addition to these Terms.

If Wiki is used within the framework of the Yandex Cloud Platform services, the Terms of Use for the Yandex Cloud Platform Service, posted at: https://yandex.ru/legal/cloud_termsofuse/ru/, shall apply in addition to these Terms.

By starting to use the Yandex Wiki service/its individual functions, the Corporate Client shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and the General Terms in full, without any reservations and exceptions.

In case of disagreement by the Corporate Client with any of the provisions of the specified documents, the User shall not be entitled to use the Wiki.

1.2. The unified rules and principles for the use of the service, provisions on intellectual property, personal data processing, and liability shall be governed by the documents specified in clause 1.1 of the Terms, taking into account the specifics contained in these Terms.

2. Features of the Use of the Yandex Wiki Service

2.1. By starting to use the Wiki Service, the Corporate Client also agrees to and accepts the Help section available at: https://yandex.com/support/wiki/. The specified page constitutes an integral part of these Terms of Use for the Wiki Service.

2.2. Wiki provides the Corporate Client with functionality to create a corporate knowledge base and other materials on pages, including the ability to create, edit, move, share, and search for information within the corporate base, create dynamic tables, format text, configure access rights to pages, create templates for standard pages, as well as perform other various permissible actions for collaborative work on such materials for the employees of the Corporate Client. Yandex reserves the right to provide other functional capabilities that Yandex, at its sole discretion, makes available for use.

2.3. Each employee of the Corporate Client may be provided with the opportunity to have a personal section in Wiki.

2.4. The Corporate Client may be provided with the ability to assign, select, and change the roles of other users regarding Wiki pages, with varying scopes of rights and capabilities.

2.5. Deleting a page in Wiki may be available to a user employee with the role of "Author" or "Organization Administrator". A deleted page can be restored within 30 days.

2.6. Wiki may include the possibility of integration with other Yandex 360 services, including but not limited to Yandex Forms and Yandex Tracker, within the framework of the Corporate Client's Organization.
