Terms of Use for the Yandex Boards Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establishes the terms of use for the Yandex Boards service (Boards/Service) and constitutes an integral part of the General Terms of Use for Yandex 360 Services, posted at: https://yandex.com/legal/360_termsofuse (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms").

By starting to use the Yandex Boards service/its individual functions, the User/Corporate Client shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and the General Terms in full, without any reservations and exceptions.

The current version of the Terms is always available on the Internet page at: https://yandex.com/legal/boards_termsofuse/.

In case of disagreement by the User/Corporate Client with any of the provisions of the specified documents, the User shall not be entitled to use the Yandex 360 services.

1.2. The unified rules and principles for the use of Yandex 360 services, provisions on intellectual property, personal data processing, and liability shall be governed by the General Terms, taking into account the specifics contained in these Terms.

2. Features of the Use of the Yandex Boards Service

2.1. The Service provides the User with the functionality to create, view, and edit Boards – a virtual space for remote work with information (text, images, stickers, tables, diagrams, etc.), enabling Users with access to such space to create, structure, exchange, save, and edit information.

2.2. The Service also provides the functionality of Collaborative Editing – the synchronous or asynchronous viewing and editing of information on a single Board by multiple Users using the Service.

2.3. Using the Service tools, the User may place information on a Board, structure and edit it, and, if desired, share access to the Board with other Users by sending them a unique link.

Yandex reserves the right to make any changes to the functionality and interface of the Service without prior notice to the User.

Access to the Service and the use of its functions by the User are provided on a free of charge basis. Yandex reserves the right at any time to establish a fee for the User's use of the Service, subject to the condition that if the User fails to pay the remuneration due to Yandex in the established manner, the User's access to their Boards may be terminated, and all information contained on the Boards may be irretrievably deleted.
