Terms of Use for the Yandex Calendar Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establishes the terms of use for the Yandex Calendar service (Calendar) and constitutes an integral part of the General Terms of Use for Yandex 360 Services, posted at: https://yandex.com/legal/360_termsofuse (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms").

By starting to use the Yandex Calendar service/its individual functions, the User/Corporate Client shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and the General Terms in full, without any reservations and exceptions.

The current version of the Terms is always available on the Internet page at: https://yandex.com/legal/calendar_termsofuse/.

In case of disagreement by the User/Corporate Client with any of the provisions of the specified documents, the User shall not be entitled to use the Yandex 360 services.

1.2. The unified rules and principles for the use of Yandex 360 services, provisions on intellectual property, personal data processing, and liability shall be governed by the General Terms, taking into account the specifics contained in these Terms.

2. Features of the Use of the Yandex Calendar Service

2.1. The Calendar provides the User with the functionality to add events to a virtual calendar, specifying their date, time, and title (hereinafter referred to as "Events"). The Event Organizer may invite other Users to join the Event by adding it to their Calendar (hereinafter referred to as "Event Participants").

2.2. The Calendar User is provided with the functionality to link a Video Call in the Yandex Telemost service to an Event. The Event Organizer has the ability to edit the Event, as well as to grant Event Participants rights to edit it (including, but not limited to, the ability to add links to other video conferencing services to the Event description at their discretion).

2.3. The Calendar User is provided with the functionality to send a reminder about an upcoming Event to the email address linked to the User's Yandex ID account, or via a push notification (subject to granting the Calendar the corresponding permission in the settings of the User's mobile device). Certain Events may be added to the Calendar automatically based on data from the Yandex Mail service.

2.4. The use of the Calendar by a Corporate Client is also governed by the Help section available at: https://yandex.com/support/yandex-360/business/calendar/.
