Terms of Use for the Yandex Tracker Service

1. General Provisions

1.1. This document (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") establishes the terms of use for the Yandex Tracker service (Tracker).

If Tracker is used within the framework of Yandex 360 services, the General Terms of Use for Yandex 360 Services, posted at: https://yandex.com/legal/360_termsofuse (hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms"), shall apply in addition to these Terms.

If Tracker is used within the framework of the Yandex Cloud Platform services, the Terms of Use for the Yandex Cloud Platform Service, posted at: https://yandex.ru/legal/cloud_termsofuse/ru/, shall apply in addition to these Terms.

By starting to use the Yandex Tracker service/its individual functions, the Corporate Client shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and the aforementioned documents in full, without any reservations and exceptions.

The current version of the Terms is always available on the Internet page at: https://yandex.com/legal/tracker_termsofuse/.

In case of disagreement by the Corporate Client with any of the provisions of the specified documents, the User shall not be entitled to use the Tracker.

1.2. The unified rules and principles for the use of the service, provisions on intellectual property, personal data processing, and liability shall be governed by the documents specified in clause 1.1 of the Terms, taking into account the specifics contained in these Terms.

2. Features of the Use of the Yandex Tracker Service

2.1. By starting to use the Tracker, the Corporate Client agrees to and accepts the Help section available at: https://yandex.ru/support/tracker/ru/. The specified page constitutes an integral part of these Terms.

2.2. Tracker provides Corporate Clients with the functionality to assign, execute, and monitor tasks, as well as to perform other actions provided by the service. Yandex reserves the right to provide other functional capabilities that Yandex, at its sole discretion, makes available for use.

2.3. The Owner of the Corporate Client acts as the administrator. The Owner of the Corporate Client is entitled to grant administrator roles to individual employees. Administrators are entitled to define access rights for employees and their groups to specific elements and features of the service, as well as to manage specific settings within Tracker.

2.4. The Service may provide the ability to migrate data to Tracker from third-party collaboration services. In this regard, Yandex provides no guarantees and assumes no liability for any malfunctions, errors, data loss, discrepancies between the data migration results and the Corporate Client's expectations, or other technical incidents.

2.5. Tracker may include the possibility of integration with other Yandex 360 services, including but not limited to Mail, Forms, Wiki, Calendar, and Messenger, within the framework of the Corporate Client's Organization.
