The full functionality of the Service is available to the User upon completing the registration procedure for a new User of Yandex services or upon logging into the Service using a previously registered Yandex ID account. To complete the authorization procedure, the User must specify their valid phone number and enter the confirmation code sent to said number. In the event of a change in the phone number, the User is obliged to promptly update this information via the Service interface. The Right Holder reserves the right to verify the validity of the specified phone number by sending a notification requesting confirmation of the use of the previously specified number.
Information regarding the User's date of birth, if specified and not hidden in their account, shall be available to other Users whose contacts are listed in the User's phone book.
