Add site
When adding a site, specify the URL for accessing it: either with or without the www prefix, and over the HTTP or HTTPS protocol. You can copy the address from the browser.
If the site is a subdomain, add the primary domain and subdomain to the service separately. You can verify the rights with one code.
A site added to Yandex Webmaster must return the HTTP 200 OK status code.

To use Yandex Webmaster, you need to verify your access rights.
If you added the website with subdomains, use the simplified rights verification with one code. It is not available when delegating the site rights.

If you fixed an error, the message in Yandex Webmaster will disappear after the indexing bot crawls your site.

Crawl statistics
This section allows you to see which pages on your site are crawled by the robot. You can identify the addresses of pages the robot failed to load because the hosting server was unavailable, or due to errors in the content of the pages.

The section shows the site pages taking part in Yandex search.
A page may be missing from the search results if it duplicates the content of another page, contains spam or viruses, redirects to another URL, or if there was a downloading error.
Even if the pages have been indexed and included in the search immediately after publication, the data in Yandex Webmaster may be updated with a delay. It usually takes a few days for the changes to appear.

Site structure
The service shows the site sections containing not less than 10 pages and making up more than 1% of the total number of pages that have been loaded into the search database.
If you delete a custom section from the site structure, the information about it is preserved in the search engine database.

You can check if the robot knows about a particular page if you verified your rights to the site.
In the URL field, you can enter the full URL or the relative path from the site root beginning with "/".
Collection and processing of information usually takes up to 2 minutes. Sometimes it may take several hours. As soon as the system finishes processing the data, the report status changes to "ready".

Links
An internal link is a link leading from one page on your site to another page on the same site.

A link is considered broken if the robot gets an HTTP status other than 2XX or 3XX.

The information about a link's availability is updated in the service after the page is reindexed by the robot.

Robots.txt analysis
Check the structure of your robots.txt. The Results of robots.txt analysis block lists the directives for the robot to take into account when indexing the site.
To check if indexing of a certain page is allowed or prohibited, enter the page in the URL list field.
You can also track changes to robots.txt and download a version of the file.
Server response check
Find out if the site is available for the Yandex robots.
Robots use different user agents. To determine which bot accesses your site, check its User agent in the server logs.

Reindex pages

"In queue": The page has been queued for indexing. The request will be processed within 3 days

"Error": The indexing bot couldn't access the page.

You can use notifications to monitor the site status in the search results. Use these settings to change how you receive notifications or choose a set of notifications that differs from the general settings. To receive messages by email, don't forget to specify the email address.

Titles and descriptions
This section helps you check if the title element and the description meta tag on the pages of your website are unique. The data is displayed if the title or description is duplicated on many pages of the website. The information is updated after the robot visits the pages.
Uploading YML files
In Yandex search, the enhanced site appearance can be formed based on the information you transfer. To transfer data, you need to create a YML file in accordance with your field of activity, place it on the website, and change settings in Yandex Webmaster.
After uploading, the file will be checked for errors and quality within a few days. If the file meets the requirements, its data will be used to form the enhanced site appearance in search results. The transferred information can be supplemented by other sources used by Yandex.

SSL/TLS certificates are used for securely processing user data and are necessary for sites that use HTTPS.
