Everyone is very polite, which is not often found in state institutions. The queue passes quickly, there is no need to go back and forth to make copies and then come back. The staff are all polite, but sometimes everything goes slowly, the electronic system may not work. I recommend it to foreigners, there is less queue here. The room is new, spacious, and can be expected in comfort, compared to other service centers.
