I'm not getting any new orders
Orders are distributed by the system automatically, our team can't assign them manually. This levels the playing field for all drivers.
Sometimes you won't get a new order immediately. This is most often the case when there isn't high demand in the area. If you don't get a new order within 20 minutes, start with these steps:
— Check the Diagnostics section: if you have any order restrictions, you can find the details here
— Restart your phone or tablet
— Check to see if your internet connection is stable
— Close and reopen Taximeter
— Tap Go online
If everything is working fine but you're still not getting orders, consider these recommendations:
— Stay closer to downtown
— Go online during rush hours: weekdays from 6:00 to 10:00 and 17:00 to 20:00, and weekends
— Don't park and wait, change your location
— Avoid enabling the Busy status
— Pay attention to surge zones on the map
— Remember that there will be less orders if you're in “Home” or “My destinations” mode, you only accept one form of payment, or you disabled several service classes
