I found missing items in my car. Send us the ride number and explain in detail what was left behind. We'll contact the rider and tell them what you found. Please be kind and help return the items to their owner.

I can't deliver the parcel (if the “Delivery” service class is available in the region). Try contacting the recipient, their number is available in the order details. If that doesn't help, send us the order number and describe the parcel. We'll help you figure out what to do.
