The Referral Program pays commission when customers follow your referral link to Yandex Market goods marked with purple badges.

Commissions for orders from individuals and legal entities are calculated and paid out in the same way.

To earn commissions, place monetization tools on your platform. You do not need to pay to use them — on the contrary, they will generate income for you.

Conditions for commission accrual:

A commission is paid only for purchases of the same product model from the same seller.
The User must place an order for the product on the Yandex Market Service via the Referral Link no later than 7 (seven) calendar days from the moment the User first visited the Yandex Market Service via the specified link.
The User who made the purchase via the Referral Link must have received the order (product), not canceled or modified the order, and not returned the product within 14 (fourteen) days.

The actual commission amount may differ from the amount shown on the purple badge if the user purchased a different variant of the product from the same product page (for example, a product of a different size, color, configuration, etc.).

One-Time payment for New Participants

You can receive a one-time fixed payment for your first post in addition to the standard commission.

Eligibility criteria:

You have a verified Telegram channel;
You have had no orders through the Referral Program in the last two weeks prior to posting;
You are participating in the promotion for the first time: repeat payments for a new post are not provided.

The payment amount depends on the number of subscribers:

5,000 to 10,000 subscribers: 3,000 rubles;
10,000 to 20,000 subscribers: 5,000 rubles;
Over 20,000 subscribers: 10,000 rubles.

To receive the payment:

Publish your first post with a referral link or product article number. The post must remain accessible for at least one week.
Submit the link to your post via the special form in your personal account.

The post must meet the following criteria:
- Subscriber count — over 5,000;
- Sufficient reach.
Our specialists will review the post twice: immediately after publication and one week later. If the post is deleted or becomes inaccessible, the payment will not be paid.

After a successful review, the payment will be credited to your balance and paid out together with the main commission. Please note that this payment is considered a commission and is subject to tax.

One-Time payment for Leaderboard Participants

The Leaderboard is an electronic ranking that shows the positions of Referral Program participants based on their achievements, expressed as total income from orders. The ranking is generated automatically based on system data and is updated every 30 minutes. The ranking is available for viewing in the Referral Program participant's personal account. Leaderboard positions determine eligibility for additional payments.

Key features of the Leaderboard data:

The Referral Program page in your personal account displays a table of the Top 100 program participants.
The ranking is sorted in descending order of income.
Participants' full names are hidden; only the first and last letters of the name are displayed, separated by an ellipsis.

Payments are paid out within 2 weeks after the Leaderboard period ends. The total payment pool is 1,000,000 rubles. The Top 100 participants receive additional payouts depending on their place — the higher the place, the larger the payment. The distribution of rewards is fixed and does not depend on the number of participants or any other factors.

Eligibility criteria:

Participation is open to partners, including bloggers, product storefronts, content websites, review aggregators, and other Referral Program participants who receive commissions in rubles.
The Leaderboard is viewable to all Referral Program participants, regardless of their commission type — points or rubles. However, participants who receive commissions in points can only view the ranking. To participate in the promotion, you need to switch to the ruble payout model.

Ranking calculation and results summary terms:

Income from non-canceled orders placed during the Leaderboard period is taken into account.
When the Leaderboard starts, all participants begin with a zero balance for the promotion.
Within 2 weeks after the Leaderboard period ends:
- the ranking is no longer updated;
- the status of most orders is confirmed;
- push notifications are sent to the winners;
- payments are credited.

Special conditions:

Yandex Market reserves the right to revoke the payment for any suspicious participant activity.
The participant's total income from all their platforms is taken into account.

When Commissions Are Not Paid

A referral commission is not paid if:

The store or Yandex Market canceled the order.
The seller or accounts associated with the seller followed their own referral link and placed an order.
The customer:
- Filed a return request within 14 days after receiving the order, even if the goods were not subsequently returned. If only part of the order is returned, a commission will be paid for the remaining items.
- Arrived from a prohibited traffic source and placed an order on Yandex Market.
- Did not pay for the order, canceled it, or failed to pick it up.
- Added items to the cart on Yandex Market and then went to a coupon or promo code aggregator to get a discount on their order.
- Violated the terms of use of the service.

A commission is also not paid in other cases provided for by the agreement and the distribution policy.

Taxes

Note

According to a Government Resolution, the tax levy on internet advertising must be paid by the party that enters into an agreement with the advertiser.

You will pay the levy for the provision of services if, under the concluded agreement, you use advertising formats to distribute Yandex products. In this case, you will be considered an advertising distributor that has entered into an agreement with the advertiser.

Income tax depends on the status under which you cooperate with the Referral.

You must pay taxes, charges, duties and other payments collected in accordance with tax laws of your country (if any) on your own.

Commission Payment

Each month you receive a set of closing documents. If you have any objections regarding the documents received, please notify us via e-mail within 13 days from the end of the billing period.

Within 10 business days after this period expires, the commission will be transferred to your account.

Income under the Referral Program will be credited to the account you specified during registration. Commissions are transferred only to the bank details of the self-employed individual, individual entrepreneur, or legal entity in whose name the agreement is signed.

How to Change Payment Details

Log in to your personal account for the Market's Referral Program.
On the website, click the three dots next to Referral Program; in the app, tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
In the window that appears, select Payout Account.
Click the Edit button.
Enter the required information.

After that, commissions will be sent to the new account details.
