How to become a partner
Both residents and non-residents of the Russian Federation, including individuals, legal entities, sole proprietors, and the self-employed, can become Yandex Distribution partners.
The available partnership options depend on the partner program you choose.
Yandex doesn't enter into contracts with residents of offshore jurisdictions
Countries and territories that offer preferential tax treatment or pursue non-disclosure policies for financial transaction information.
Before applying to become a partner, please review the terms and requirements for your chosen program. To get started with Yandex Distribution, you need to add a property.
Properties
A property is any digital platform or physical venue where you integrate monetization tools for your chosen partner program. This can be a content website, a social media channel, a service center website, or other resource.
You need to add a property to proceed — we'll set up custom traffic identifiers for it. These IDs ensure that you receive your earnings and give you access to detailed statistics.
The most common property types are already available in the Yandex Distribution interface. You can choose from suggestions during registration. If your property doesn't match any of the available options, select Other, and our moderators will review it to determine whether it's suitable for partnership.
Please only register properties you own or are legally authorized to manage
Don't add websites or blogs that don't belong to you. Some partner programs may require you to verify property ownership.
If you have any questions, you can:
- Review the requirements for our partner programs.
- Ask us any question via the feedback form.
Step 1. Register in the Yandex Distribution partner interface
- Log in to your Yandex account. If you don't have one, please sign up.
- Go to the Yandex Distribution promo page and select the partner program for the specific service you would like to distribute.
- Enter your contact details and property information.
- Click Sign up.
You'll be redirected to your Yandex Distribution dashboard, and your added properties will be submitted for review. The review process usually takes 2 to 14 business days.
Some services include a test period to ensure properties meet the partnership criteria
For more information about the test period, see the Agreement.
Step 2. Request a contract
Once your property has been approved, you can submit a form to request a contract on the Dashboard tab in Yandex Distribution.
-
Click Complete form.
-
Specify the partnership type: sole proprietor, self-employed, individual, or legal entity. Choose your country of registration.
-
If you're entering into a contract as an individual or sole proprietor, please provide your banking details and/or personal information.
If you're entering into a contract as a legal entity, specify your company details.
-
Enter the details of the bank account where you would like to receive your payouts.
-
The offer application will be generated automatically. Please download and review it.
-
Click Submit request. By doing so, you agree to all terms and conditions of the contract. No manual signature is required.
Request processing usually takes 2 to 14 business days. When your offer application is approved, you'll receive a notification of acceptance at the email address you provided during registration. This means that the contract has come into effect and doesn't require signing.
For partnership conditions, see the Agreement for Distribution of Yandex Products and Services if you're a currency resident of the Russian Federation, or the Distribution Agreement if you're a non-resident of the Russian Federation.
If you're operating under a signed contract
Please refer to the specific terms outlined in that contract. If you have any questions about your contract, ask your manager or reach out to support via the feedback form.
Moderation
Moderation takes up to 24 hours. If at least one of your platforms successfully passes moderation, you will see the Approved status in the Blogs section of your personal account.
Your platform may be rejected for various reasons. For example, if the platform's content is not suitable for the Market's monetization tools, if your platform's website is not accessible, etc.
You can make changes to your platform (for example, improve the website, grow your audience, etc.) and resubmit it for moderation, or register a new platform with the Referral Program.
