Which site is selected to be displayed under the found image?

Yandex search results will not display multiple copies of the same image. The system automatically determines when the same image is located on different resources. The search results for each image include a link to the page whose description of the image best corresponds to the user's query.

Other pages that contain that image are included in the list of image copies that displays when a user clicks on the image.
