It used to be more beautiful and cozy here. There were big trees and a lot of shade. Sixteen years ago, I even met my future wife here for the first time. You could sit on the benches, there were a lot of people. And now, in the summer, you don't even want to go through this territory. It was hot. And there are no people here in the warm season.
A good place with a moderate number of people, not too loud city noise, relatively clean air, in general you can sit for an hour, or especially when you need to get off the subway and talk normally (on the phone, live).
A very nice place for a family. The light fountains look great.(maybe this fountain won't work all the time)
It is so convenient that there is a metro nearby. And if you are tired and do not want to return home, then there is Hotel Uzbekistan.
