It used to be more beautiful and cozy here. There were big trees and a lot of shade. Sixteen years ago, I even met my future wife here for the first time. You could sit on the benches, there were a lot of people. And now, in the summer, you don't even want to go through this territory. It was hot. And there are no people here in the warm season.
A good place with a moderate number of people, not too loud city noise, relatively clean air, in general you can sit for an hour, or especially when you need to get off the subway and talk normally (on the phone, live).
A very nice place for a family. The light fountains look great.(maybe this fountain won't work all the time)
It is so convenient that there is a metro nearby. And if you are tired and do not want to return home, then there is Hotel Uzbekistan.
Yes, it's a cool place, you can walk with children, you can ride scooters, there are boutiques, food, drinks and all sorts of other things. There used to be a busy Broadway here, but now there are a little too few people
A beautiful park with a monumental monument and beautiful views of the surrounding buildings.Perfect cleanliness and well-groomed paths, lawns, bushes and trees.A place where you want to come back again.
A beautiful square. Clean, green, large-scale. Chestnuts bloom in May. The monument is super. Very strongly. Near the Uzbekistan hotel (Soviet architecture), chimes, museum.
A beautiful place to relax in the center of Tashkent. Within walking distance of the local Arbat - pedestrian street, and Tashkent chimes. It is imperative to visit!
A square with young trees. There is little shade in summer. There are very few shops and some of them should be 10 times more.
The key is the monument of the commander on horseback, against the background of the Soviet hotel "Uzbekistan"
There is a subway nearby.
There are no toilets nearby.
In places, there is bad asphalt and walking tiles.
A beautiful square. But there are not enough big trees, where have they gone, I hope new ones will grow up soon, and this is a beautiful city in general. Only in residential areas there are not enough bins and more garbage is scattered than in the center.
The center of modern Tashkent is a stumbling block between those who remember old plane trees (or plane trees), oaks and other trees and those who cut them down, gave orders to cut or simply remained silent. The rider on the horse is Amir Temur, the commander, conqueror and leader of the Maveronahr, around which this whole park with paths and benches is now located.
A big beautiful square! There is a lot of space for walking.. There are shopping malls across the street!

It is difficult to get here, one underground passage, or a ground one through 5 lanes without a traffic light.
There are practically no people there, but there are a lot of gardeners. For a check and for a photo at the monument, you can visit.
A very beautiful square. I was there both in the afternoon and in the evening. Beautiful evening lighting, you can sit on a bench and admire the backlight.
Previously, when there were many summer trees, it was much better, but now it is a wasteland. Even there was a tree that had a brand, it was just a pity. Never grow such again
A pleasant square in the center of which Amir Timur is on horseback. The Uzbekistan hotel and chimes with clocks look good. In the direction of the Alisher Navoi Theater from the square there is a street with entertainment.
I wish there were more shadows like before to walk, but right now everything is bald, the trees are small, there is no shadow and there is nothing to do
The city center used to be an oasis, but now it is a pitiful sight, yes, everything is beautiful grass, small trees, but it does not pull to come to this place yet
