After visiting the Cheese Factory in Astana, I was very surprised, I visited this institution in Moscow. When ordering mutton, they did not find mutton in the pan, but only bones from it, there is no chicken in the pan either, only a small piece of chicken. Problems are not only with meat, but also with potatoes, carrots, zucchini, flour. The focaccia turned out to be so minuscule that the burrata flowed from it directly onto the board. They left devastated emotionally and financially, this is a completely different institution, not what the creator intended.
