We lived in May 2026, a room with a sea view, a beautiful green area, friendly staff, the sea is 50 meters across the street, near a pedestrian crossing, the historical center of Gagra - all important attractions are within walking distance. On the downside, the road next to the hotel is central, it's very noisy, cars are driving 24/7, it would be nice to renovate, the carpet in the room is very dirty, I dropped the rubber band and was horrified by the view under the bed - hair, insect corpses, dust, other people's hairpins, apparently no one moves or vacuums the bed, in the bathroom There was a mirror on the sink, she asked me to hang it on the wall, no one came for 3 days. The food is varied, but the assortment is very small, there is always an unpleasant smell in the dining room, fermented wine for lunch, it is impossible to drink. Dinner is from 18 to 19, very inconvenient, we missed it twice because we were returning from a tour a little later than 19. We can ask for breakfast at the early departure for the tour, we were given a sandwich, an egg, a tomato and a cucumber, a bottle of water, not enough, but at least that way. In general, the service is more or less for Abkhazia.

Мы только вчера приехали из Райды, мы в восторге! Начинаем с заезда, заселили нас в 8 утра, хотя заезд начинается с 14:00. Комната была с видом на море, очень светлая и большая. Территория ухоженная, море прямо через дорогу( не более 50 метров). Пляж ухоженный (шезлонги, зонтики, а так же пляжные полотенца предоставляют). На пляже приятным дополнением стал бар и проектор, кальян с мягкими пуфами. Ресторан отеля удивили вдвойне))) Блюда были приготовлены очень вкусно и по домашнему, и очень большое разнообразие , огромное спасибо хочеться выразить поварам. Официанты вежливые, внимательны к деталям (доброе утро, приятного аппетита, хорошего отдыха) Передаю огромный привет Джону. Ма обязательно вернёмся в отель РАЙДА ещё, уже сделали бронь на следующий год. Мы много где были , в том числе и в Гагре, но отель РАЙДА ооооооочень удевил , своим гостеприимством и обслуживанием. Отель заслуживает 5* Администрация отеля , огромное спасибо, за ваш хорошо подобранный коллектив . Цените , и берегите своих сотрудников.

I want to leave an honest review , the first time we came to this wonderful place , the hotel is wonderful, good rooms, a balcony with views of both the mountains and the sea, wonderful staff , delicious food , just like at home , the location is just fine, the sea is across the street, you go directly to the embankment and the park , walk enjoy the beautiful views , the area is very calm there is nature and beauty all around .Thank you guys very much, thank you from the bottom of my heart
