We had a rest with my husband in this hotel from 03.03 to 13.03. Only positive emotions remained. Not far from Gagra railway station, we walked 15 minutes. Inna, the receptionist, told us everything about the rules of the hotel, where to go, what to do, where to eat delicious food. The room is clean and cozy, everything is there for a comfortable stay. Cleaning every day.It was a little cold in the room, the problem was solved, they gave me a heater. There is a large kitchen on site. And my heated pool, the water is warm and clean. We visited the sauna, not a big one, it's great for two. In general, everything is fine, I recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to Inna, the receptionist, and the girls who cleaned the room.

Great hotel, nice warm pool, clean.The rooms are clean,cleaning takes place every day, the only thing is a little cramped, but this is a small thing, the bed is large and comfortable, the air conditioning and TV are working, there is Wi-Fi)The staff is excellent, the polite host, the girl Inna,at the reception, a good woman, told everything, showed, prompted.A nice sauna, then immediately into the pool, also clean, everything is cleaned.There are cheap shops nearby.Meals can be prepared in the kitchen, the kitchen is large and clean, with a stove and refrigerator.There was also a beautiful kitty Susie, very kind and affectionate, who gave us a massage)))

We stayed with my husband at this hotel from April 25 to April 29, 2026. We liked it. The hotel is located in Novaya Gagra. There is a railway station nearby, in 10 minutes there is a market, an embankment, canteens. We took a room with a balcony. Every evening, with a cup of tea, we sat on the balcony, admired the views of the mountains and breathed fresh air. Despite the fact that the room is not big, it is cozy. It's good for two people. The pastel is clean, the mattress is good. Special thanks to the administrator Inna, pleasant, helpful! Upon arrival, she explained everything according to the rules of the hotel and guided tours. Having a warm pool is another plus, and it's great to relax in it after long excursions and walks. There is a spacious shared kitchen with plenty of room for everyone. My wishes: -bathroom hooks , -small table on the balcony, -night light(sconce)
