I stopped by Vitebsk on business, I needed to have a snack in a relaxed atmosphere. I didn't miss this place. The atmosphere is pleasant, without pathos. I would like to say a special thank you to the barista girl (as far as I understand, her name is Anna, by her badge or when her colleagues called out). A really professional approach: I quickly cleaned the previous table, advised good coffee and smiled, although there were decent people. Such service is rare now. It seems that if this person is on shift, the institution gives out the maximum. I'll definitely come back if I'm in town. I recommend❤️❤

The place itself is very cozy, the dishes are delicious. But the "love for customers" suffers a little. Anna is right on the edge between cold politeness and impoliteness. On the first day, she was quite aggressive in answering questions about drinks, and in the evening we went back, but nothing changed in her mood. We took the menu ourselves. The next day, they were having tea with a girl from the kitchen, and until we called, she didn't even come over to take the order. Any question really annoys her. Maybe just explain to her that clients are good and you don't have to dislike them so much) But despite this, we recommend the cafe!
