We order 5 dishes of food, wait for 1:30 hours, only get 3. Tooooooo slow! And fried chicken wings are almost cold! Means the food is forgotten in the kitchen!

A super place!Delicious food, a large selection, good portions.Sevris is super!The waiters are great!There is a good Playground for children, which helps parents a lot, who also dream of relaxing))) Beautiful, stylish.The administration is very attentive to customers.When we were there for the first time, we were a little cold with the kids, the receptionist is very responsive.They reacted immediately and did everything to make us feel comfortable. Toilets are just a sight to behold.Of course, it sounds strange, but unfortunately, places are not so common (especially where the traffic of people is very high)with such a level of cleanliness and freshness.At least I always pay attention to such moments (especially when you're on vacation with the kids).The technical staff did their job at 200%!!! While we were there for the second time (which is about 5 hours)I watched the girls from those staff there hourly!!!How many times have I visited (considering that we have three children), how many times have I seen the girls there (the technical staff) have never run into "something unpleasant". It was perfectly clean all the time!The prices are very affordable for Cholpan Ata. There is a delivery .We also managed to use the delivery while we were on vacation.The service is excellent, well done! Everything arrived quickly! I want to pay special attention to the packaging.Everything is at the highest level.My friends and I really enjoyed it! We will definitely come back when we arrive in Issyk-Kul! Of the huge selection of places we visited and where we ate, this place was the most memorable of all!Very tasty!I advise everyone to visit this place.

They chose between "At the Fisherman's", "Eden" and "Empire". Everyone is nearby. It was May 2026, which is probably why the fisherman's place was completely empty. In "Eden" there was only an open courtyard with tables (it was cold), and the room was the second floor and karaoke. We weren't going to sing or listen to singing, so we went to the Empire. We didn't lose it. There are tables outside, but we sat indoors, in the warmth. We were surprised by the number of people. Rich menu, reasonable prices. There is beer, several types of draft beer. We also got into the promotion: 2+1. The toilets are very clean, the cleaner washed and tidied up almost every 15 minutes. The waiters are friendly. The final score was according to the order. There is no smoking in the room. I liked everything, and we came back the next day.
