In "Eden" there was only an open courtyard with tables (it was cold), and the room was the second floor and karaoke. We weren't going to sing or listen to singing, so we went to the Empire. We didn't lose it. There are tables outside, but we sat indoors, in the warmth. We were surprised by the number of people. Rich menu, reasonable prices. There is beer, several types of draft beer. We also got into the promotion: 2+1. The toilets are very clean, the cleaner washed and tidied up almost every 15 minutes. The waiters are friendly. The final score was according to the order. There is no smoking in the room. I liked everything, and we came back the next day.

The long wait for the order to be accepted (the table was the closest to the bar and to the waiters themselves), the feeling that you were not being seen at close range and just communicating with each other. At the next table, the baby smashed a plate and not a single person reacted (all the staff saw and heard perfectly well), the mom with the one-year-old in her arms picked up the pieces herself and tried for a long time to attract the attention of the staff.… In summary, the service left the most negative impression. I really liked the place, it's beautiful outside and nice inside. The place is popular, there were a lot of people. We ordered the first creamy fish soup, solyanka, cheese ramen. Everything was fine here, except that the ramen was served barely warm. The crispy eggplants were also slightly warm on our table. I really liked the branded flatbread, it was served hot. Empire in Boston is a rare piece of luck in Issyk-Kul. If you are currently in Issyk-Kul and you are looking for a cafe with the same level as you are used to in Almaty, you have found what you need.
