We returned to Moscow yesterday. The tour was bought for a week through Biblio Globus. Additionally, we paid for a transfer from Adler airport. During the day, I received an SMS with detailed information about who will pick us up and where. Special thanks for the transfer, everything is clear. There were 4 people there, and there were two of us back. A quick border crossing and in 20 minutes we are at the hotel. About the hotel. Great hotel! We took a retro room with a balcony, and asked for a higher floor when booking. They settled in as we requested. We lived in room 403. The room has everything that is stated. It was replenished without reminders. Cleaning every day. Everything is clean, bed linen, towels, bathrobes are all snow-white! It's nice to be in the room. There were no interruptions to water, electricity, or the Internet, although power outages are the norm in Abkhazia. Excursions were taken at the reception. Everything is clear too. We walked to the sea for 2 minutes at a leisurely pace. The reception staff were nice and friendly, not just answering questions, but trying to anticipate what we would ask. The restaurant and food are beyond praise! Special thanks to the chefs! Everything is so delicious both at home and with a beautiful serving of dishes! The girls who work in the restaurant are doing great too! We kept the tables clean and the dishes replenished! The Mafia game after dinner on Saturday, live music on Sunday, everything was very enjoyable! Thanks to all the hotel staff who made our stay unforgettable! Let's go back to this hotel, of course! A hotel of this level is a rarity in Abkhazia!

A wonderful hotel with very nice and friendly staff! Many thanks to Rasim, Anastasia, Rinat, Irina and all the other staff who helped us make our stay comfortable! The super advantages are: - always clean rooms and super cute house ladies; - apples at the reception, which you can help yourself to when you come from a walk; - panoramic elevator; - very tasty food and caring waitress girls. We were ready to kiss the hands of the cook or chefs. There was also always a glass of local wine for dinner.; - beautiful room design; - shared balconies on the floor with beautiful views; - the territory of the hotel is small, behind which there is a small recreation area with a fountain, swings and armchairs. - five minutes from the sea. - an hour of hammam as a gift, but we didn't use it. And there are many more advantages that you can't immediately remember. Of the minor disadvantages: - cars drive a lot at night, and in the morning the roosters crow. I sleep soundly, but it woke my mom up every time. In theory, you can turn on the air conditioner and close the window. - they don't play games at the hotel during the off-season, but I wanted to play mafia :(

Ritz stayed at this particular hotel and in this particular room, praising her very much) And now, having lived with the whole family in Apsuana rose for 10 happy days in May, we are taking over the baton and joining all the enthusiastic reviews about this hotel! It's really stylish, immaculately clean, incredibly caring and delicious at home! Many thanks to the owners and managers for their impeccable taste and high quality standard! We also thank all the staff from the reception staff to the maids for their care and attention to detail! 🙏🏻 We read that one of the hotel's mottos is: a well-fed guest is a satisfied guest)) The team of chefs are really great fellows! 👏🏻 Very tasty, satisfying and varied! And in general, you can feel the well-coordinated teamwork! The waitress girls are also smart, like fairies, nimbly fluttering from table to table, doing their job imperceptibly, quickly and efficiently! The top floor of the hotel is completely devoted to the spa and it is very pleasant and convenient! Hammam, aroma baths in a room with a magnificent view, cosmetologist, massage - what else do you need for complete relaxation and momentary happiness?!)) Special thanks to the spa administrator, she's just a ray of positive energy, it's a pleasure to deal with such people! To summarize all of the above by me: the hotel is 10 out of 10 , we liked everything sooo much, we will definitely recommend you to our friends and I hope that we will come back more than once by ourselves)))
