The box was noticeably dented, and the branded sticker was faded — it was clear that the product had been under lighting for a long time. • What made you happy: The sellers are polite, they connected everything and offered to check it. The device itself is working, there is no extraneous noise. The warranty card was issued without question. • What disappointed: The store refused to make at least some discount on the showcase copy. The price is exactly like that of a sealed product. Why this is important: in international practice, showcase, discounted, or damaged packaging items are always sold cheaper. This is fair, because we take an item that has already partially "lived" on the shelf. Recommendation to the store: introduce transparent markdown rules for display items (at least -10 -15% of the price) This will increase customer loyalty and show respect for their choice. Total: I am satisfied with the quality of service, but not with the quality of pricing! I'm betting ★★★★ and I hope for changes.
