How to get Yandex Telemost logs

You can get logs from the main screen or from the settings menu:

  1. Holding the Alt key, left-click Help in the lower-left corner of the screen, a folder with the selected ZIP archive will open automatically.
  2. Attach this archive to the feedback form or to your message to Support.

If you collect logs before or after a meeting:

  1. Click Settings in the lower-right corner of the screen.
  2. Choose Support.
  3. Holding the Alt key, left-click the Go to Help link, a folder with the selected ZIP archive will open automatically.
  4. Attach this archive to the feedback form or to your message to Support.

If you collect logs during a meeting:

  1. At the bottom, click  → Settings.

  2. Choose Support.

  3. Holding the Alt key, left-click the Go to Help link, a folder with the selected ZIP archive will open automatically.

  4. Attach this archive to the feedback form or to your message to Support.

Tip

If you cannot attach the archive to the message, upload it to your Yandex Disk through the browser and paste its public link to the message.
