Leave order at the door

Now users can select the Leave at the Door option in the app. This means you don't have to wait for the user, which saves you time to deliver more orders.

If you see this option selected in the order description:

  1. Accept the order, deliver it as usual and tap Arrived at User when you arrive at the delivery address.
  2. Place the Yango Deli order next to the user's door and take a photo of it.
  3. Tap Order Delivered.
  4. Send Support a photo and the order number.

Users may also ask you to leave their order at reception or the front desk. Please handle these orders the same way.
