Using the app properly

For the app to work without errors:

  1. Check your internet connection before starting a slot.
  2. Disable low power mode and app usage restrictions, and grant the app access to use your geolocation.
  3. Don't go underground to use the metro without an active order. Use ground transportation to return to your location, or else you might miss a new order because of a poor internet connection.

Also, keep in mind that long telephone calls negatively affect the precision of geolocation data, which may cause errors in the app.
