Title and description
The title is a link to the found document.
A brief description of the document is based on its text from which sentences or parts of them with the words specified in the query are selected.
If the description says "Links to this page contain", this means that the found document doesn't contain words from your query, but those words appear in the anchor text of links pointing to the document from other web resources.
Please note that the site description isn't static: it depends on the user's search query.
Displaying the site title and description in search results
The title and description in the search results are generated based on:
Page content

- The contents of the description meta tag.
- The text of the page, including the Schema.org microformat. A full list of special data that can be sent.

- The text of links to the page that are posted on other sites.
In the search results, the most informative and relevant text is used to describe the page.
