With Yandex search you can find any information available on the internet, including internet resources “for adults”. Yandex offers different filtering modes so that you can control unwanted content in search results:
Moderate filter: sites “for adults” are excluded from search results if the query is not explicitly searching for such resources (this mode is enabled by default).
Family search: adult content and sites containing obscene language are completely excluded from search results (even if the query is clearly directed at finding such resources).
Do not filter: search results include all the documents found for the query, including internet resources “for adults”.
The Moderate and Family modes exclude unsuitable content from search results quite reliably, but sometimes they may fail or make a mistake. If you see a page “for adults” in Yandex search when filtering is enabled, please inform us of the URL.
