How to add, change or delete an account

Your account is a combination of custom app settings linked to a phone number. You can create several accounts and cycle between them, for example, when traveling. For each account, you can use different payment methods and promo codes, save different addresses, etc.

You create your first account by confirming your phone number when you start using the app.

How to add a new account (Android and iOS)

  1. Go to the app menu .
  2. Tap your phone number.
  3. Swipe your account right or left and tap Choose another account.
  4. Enter the phone number and tap Next to receive a text message with a confirmation code.
  5. Enter the code and tap Done (or Next) to activate the new account.

How to change accounts (Android and iOS)

  1. Go to the app menu .
  2. Tap your phone number.
  3. Swipe your account right or left, select another and tap Next (or Continue).

How to delete an account

Android and iOS:

  1. Go to the app menu .
  2. Tap your phone number.
  3. Tap Log out of profile → Delete account (or Log out).
  4. Choose a different account and tap Next.

iOS:

  1. Go to the app menu .
  2. Tap your phone number, then tap it again.
  3. Tap next to the account and confirm.
  4. Choose a different account and tap Next.
