Game won't open

We provide a platform for publishing games, but we don't develop games.

Report your problem using this form. In the Message field, specify the name of the game that doesn't open. If possible, please attach a screenshot of the error.

Error in game, game crashes

If you encounter problems in the game, we will check everything and pass your message to the game developer. Report your problem using this form. Don't forget to specify the name of the game and your username.

Game doesn't load

An ad blocker may prevent the game from loading. Disable it.

I can't progress to the next level, progress stops

Report your problem using this form. Don't forget to specify the name of the game and your username.

Achievements disappeared

Not all games save your progress. If you are sure that a certain game is meant to save your in-game progress:

  • Make sure you are logged in to your Yandex ID.
  • Make sure you haven't cleared your cache.
  • Disable any software that deletes temporary files (such as CCleaner).

If this doesn't help, contact us using this form. Specify the name of the game and your username.

Game doesn't download and doesn't work offline

You can't download games. You can only play the games in your browser. To work correctly, the games require internet access.

Game slows down, freezes, crashes

Try troubleshooting the problem:

  • Configure ad blockers to work with Yandex.
  • Temporarily disable all browser extensions. If this helped, disable the extensions one by one to find the extension that caused the problem. Disable this extension. You can also contact the extension developers to inform them about the problem.

Antiviruses can also block games from loading.

Continue playing on another device

If your game progress is saved on the server, you can continue on another device. Not all games support saving progress.

Find a game that I don't remember the name of

If you forgot the name of the game or can't find it using search, go to the Your games section. There you can see up to the last 15 games that you played.

Payments and winnings
I can't withdraw my winnings

The points you earn in games are virtual. You can't sell them, exchange them, or transfer them to a bank card.

Payment failed, and I didn't receive points

Report your problem using this form. In the Message field, specify the name of the game and your username.

Ads in games
Remove in-game ads

We try placing ad blocks that don't interfere with viewing content. However, we require resources to develop the service. The income we get from ads allows us to provide our service free of charge.

If ad blocks interfere with gameplay (for example, if they interfere with in-game action buttons or slow down the game), report the problem using this form and attach a screenshot that illustrates the situation.
