Advertising real estate services and sales is allowed in Yandex Direct.
A notice saying that the project declaration can be found at https://our.house.site/ is automatically added to text ads about new housing developments and shared-equity construction projects. To specify the name of the developer, select the appropriate subject and fill out other details in the feedback form. You must add this notice to image ads in the unified performance campaign, video ads, and display campaign creatives yourself. More information about notices.
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
Special documents are not required for placement.
Be sure to add this notice yourself to image ads in unified performance campaigns, video ads, and display campaign creatives intended to promote shared-equity construction projects. The notice must contain:

The name of the legal entity and its organizational and business structure (for example, Developer: "House on Mars" LLC);

URL of the Uniform Information System for Residential Construction hosting the project declaration (https://our.house.site/).

You don't need to specify the developer when promoting real estate agencies or aggregators of new housing developments.

Promotion of specific residential units for sale or rent is not allowed in Yandex Direct unless the ad text indicates that it has been posted by a real estate agency or other intermediary.
You can promote real estate appraisal and other real estate agent services, for example:
- Consulting on real estate deals
- Information about demand and offers
- Organizing and running negotiations regarding real estate sales conditions or the ownership of real estate shares
- Organizing inspections of real estate options offered to clients
- Assistance in officially registering real estate titles
- Assistance in preparing documents necessary to get permission for redeveloping or reconstructing real estate.
The law and Yandex placement policy require you to have certain documents to place ads.
