Credit reporting agencies
Ads for credit reporting agencies can be placed in Yandex Direct.
Ads in this category can't be placed as smart banners, dynamic ads, or in a product campaign.
Your text ads will automatically include a notice with the name of the company and the type of business. The exact text of the notice will depend on what information is included in your documents. You must add this notice to videos, image ads, banners in search results, and display campaign creatives yourself. More information about notices.
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
Your ads and landing page must meet all requirements of the law “On advertising”. For example, image ads for credit reporting bureaus must contain the name of the legal entity and its business structure. The information must be clearly visible to the user without using any special tools or performing any additional actions. Text font must be readable at the minimum resolution. The information must remain on the screen long enough for the user to read all visible text at an average reading speed.
Documents are not required if it is made clear in the ad and landing page that you only offer consulting services.
If you provide credit reports, create or save credit histories, or offer other credit history services, then in accordance with the law “On advertising” and Yandex policies you must provide certain documents for placement.
A copy of the license to provide technological protection of confidential information.
You can send documents at any time after your ads have been sent for moderation. If ads are rejected because required documents are missing, they will be reviewed again after documents are submitted. If your ads pass moderation, they will be eligible for serving. If additional information is required, we will contact you.
If you are advertising products and services of several categories (for example, payment services and consumer credit reporting services), you must provide documents for each of them. However, you don't need to provide more than one copy of a specific document.
