Advertising tobacco products and electronic cigarettes is not permitted in Yandex Direct.

Lighters, ashtrays, matches, humidors, hookahs, mouthpieces, pipes, spare parts for electronic cigarettes, and other smoking accessories and items related to tobacco use can be advertised. The ad should not contain images or logos for tobacco products.
Ads associated with tobacco products or smoking can not be placed. For example, if the ad text reads hookahs at Relax
lounge, the ad is associated with smoking and cannot be placed in Yandex Direct.
