You can advertise purchasing of products and services on credit in Yandex Direct.
The notice will be automatically added to your text ads:
- The name of the legal entity, including details about its organizational and business structure. The exact text of the notice will depend on what information is included in your documents.
- “Study all the terms and conditions of the credit (loan) in the appropriate section on the site. Evaluate your financial capacity and risks.”
You must add this notice to video ads, image ads in a unified performance campaign, banners in search results, and display campaign creatives yourself. The text “Study all the terms and conditions of the credit (loan) in the appropriate section on the site. Evaluate your financial capacity and risks.” must take up at least 10% of the area. Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
Your ads and landing page must meet all requirements of the law "On advertising." For example, image ads in the unified performance campaign for sales on credit must contain the name and business structure of the legal entity.
