A microfinance organization can advertise the non-residential real estate collateral loans they offer to individuals and regular loans they offer to legal entities.
Your ads and landing page must meet all requirements of the law "On advertising." For example, image ads in the unified performance campaigns for real estate collateral loans must contain the name and business structure of the legal entity. There must also be the following notice: “Study all the terms and conditions of the credit (loan) in the appropriate section on the site. Evaluate your financial capacity and risks.” It must take up at least 10% of the creative area.
