Ads for non-banking financial organizations, microfinance organizations, consumer credit cooperatives that provide loans, and investments in microfinancing organizations can be placed in Yandex Direct.
Ads in this category may not be placed as display banners on a new Yandex Browser tab.
Your text ads will automatically include a notice with the name of the company and the type of business. The exact text of the notice will depend on what information is included in your documents. You must add this notice to video ads, image ads in the unified performance campaign, banners in search results, and display campaign creatives yourself. More information about notifications.
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.

Ads for investment in non-banking organizations must not mention deposits, as such services can only be provided by banks.

Image ads in the unified performance campaign for credit unions, microfinance organizations, and their services must contain the name and business structure of the legal entity. The information must be clearly visible to the user without using any special tools or performing any additional actions. Text font must be readable at the minimum resolution. The information must remain on the screen long enough for the user to read all visible text at an average reading speed.
Warning
If your ad text mentions an interest rate, provide a range of total costs for a consumer loan. These ranges must be indicated before the information about interest rates and must use a font size no smaller than that used for the information about the rates.

When to submit documents
You can send documents at any time after your ads have been sent for moderation. If ads are rejected because required documents are missing, they will be reviewed again after documents are submitted. If your ads pass moderation, they will be eligible for serving. If additional information is required, we will contact you.
Required documents
One of the following documents is required for ad placement:

A copy of the certificate of the entry of the legal entity into the register of microfinance organizations.

A copy of the certificate of membership in a self-regulating organization of consumer credit unions.
If you are advertising products and services of several categories (for example, banking services and credit unions), you must provide documents for each of them. However, you don't need to provide more than one copy of a specific document.

Ads for consumer cooperatives for mutual financial assistance will be accepted for placement. If the ads are for microloans issued by a consumer cooperative, then the text must clearly indicate that only members of the cooperative can obtain microloans.
Microloans can only be provided for these specific purposes:
- handicrafts
- agro ecotourism services
- private farm holdings
- business activities of a commercial organization if a member of the cooperative owns assets of the organization or is its founder
