Ads for food products for children under one year of age can be placed in Yandex Direct. Advertising breast milk substitutes is restricted in Yandex Direct. This is due to legal requirements and Yandex policies.
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
We'll add a notice and age category label to your ad automatically: For children 11 months and older. Breastfeeding is preferred. Consult a doctor. The text of the notice does not depend on the content of the specific ad and cannot be changed. You can change the age category label in the Yandeх Direct interface on the ad campaign page. You must add this notice to image ads in the unified performance campaign, to video ads, and to display campaign creatives yourself. More information about notices.
Your ads must meet all requirements of the Federal Law “On advertising”. For example, ads must not contain claims about the advantages of artificial baby food or present your products as fully fledged breast milk substitutes.
